Sardines with summer spices in the oven

Ingredients
 
1 1/2 kg.Sardines
 
2 tablespoons thyme
 
2 tablespoons oregano
 
2 tablespoons basil
 
1/2 cup olive oil
 
Salt and pepper
 
2 lemons for serving
 
Preparation time: 15 minutes

Wash and cut the sardines through.
 
Remove the head and the viscera.
 
Place them on a baking tray with the outside down
 
with a little water and the oil.
 
Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 10 minutes to until the sardines
 
decrease their juices.
 
Then you sprinkle all the spices to it.
 
Increase the temperature to 180 and let
 
until baked. Remove the sardines from
 
the oven and baste them with olive oil and lemon.
